What data we process

Only the name, email and message content you voluntarily provide when using the contact form. We also measure visits in an aggregated, anonymous way, as described under “Usage analytics”. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Purpose

To handle and answer your enquiry. We do not use your data for any other purpose or for commercial mailings.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you grant by checking the box and submitting the form.

Retention

We keep your message for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, where applicable, the relationship that follows from it. You may request its deletion at any time.

Recipients

Your message reaches us by email through our email provider. We use Cloudflare Turnstile as an anti-spam measure, which processes minimal technical data to verify you are not a bot. We do not transfer your data to third parties.

Usage analytics

We measure visits with Umami, an analytics tool we host on our own servers. It uses no cookies and stores nothing in your browser: each visit is identified by a value derived from your IP address, your browser and a salt that expires every day, and the IP address is not stored. We record only, and always in aggregate, the page viewed, the country, the device type and the traffic source. It cannot identify you or track you across other websites.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in knowing which content is useful and keeping the site healthy; because of that, and because nothing is stored on your device, this measurement does not require your consent. You may object to it by writing to info@widomin.com.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection and portability by writing to info@widomin.com. If you consider them unaddressed, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
